The original poster suggests, "Flash compatibility
should be installed by default."

I suggest Fedora is an ideal platform to test this (lots of users, 
nobody should be too surprised when things break), so why not install it 
whenever firefox, konqueror, seamonkey or epiphany is installed as part 
of the initial install or a later group install?
