Is Smolt not in bugzilla??

I had the same problem myself, due to overlooking the new "Refresh"
button:

No one has commented on why this is happening or suggested a fix, but it
is at least reported in Bugzilla:

In the meantime, it will be difficult to report Smolt profiles for
hardware-specific bugs.
