Suspend Resume on a Dell Studion XPS using F11

I wasn't sure about that.

As it turns out, suspend resume stopped working again today (after
working about 30 times) so I'm not sure what's going one.

I need some hand holding to figure this out, bu I'm willing to put in
the time if someone is willing to hold my hand.
