Running rawhide, each time I Iogin, the sound level is reset to 0%
(there is a red "x" on the sound applet).
I can set it to (say) 100% using the sound applet, and after that,
sound works just fine.
Not sure where to log this.
Also, I notice that if I run "alsactl init", I get:
[tbl at tlondon ~]$ alsactl init
Unknown hardware: "HDA-Intel" "Conexant CX20561 (Hermosa)"
"HDA:14f15051,17aa20ff,00100000" "0x17aa" "0x20f2"
Hardware is initialized using a guess method
[tbl at tlondon ~]$
Afterwards, sound level is set to 78%.
This make sense to someone?
