Can't Mount Removable Media in Rawhide

I have a SD card with a FAT32 partition on it that I usually have
inserted when I boot.

It mounts on every boot.

Further test: I ejected it and reinserted it.

I was immediately prompted to authenticate as root, after which the
mount proceeded as usual.
