disos adds complexity.  A lot of complexity, from the generation side to
the consumption side.  Where the isos are generated there isn't easy
access to the old isos, and often rsync is much easier to manage (as
long as the rsync master isn't being bombarded with tonnes of requests)
to get an ongoing RC set updated enough to continue tests.
