Update Information:
This update fixes SELinux denial messages from dhclient-script when using the
network service rather than the NetworkManager service. This update addresses
the following problems: * The 'reload' and 'try-restart' arguments to the
dhcpd and dhcrelay init scripts are not implemented. Previously, the scripts
would just return 3, which is correct. Now they return 3 and display the usage
information, which is how the other unimplemented modes are handled. * Make
sure the network device is up so we get the default route set on renewal or
initial interface configuration. * Run restorecon in dhclient-script in a few
missing places for ntp.conf.
