Yes. Apparently using gnome triggers a kernel oops and then
I started getting errors that don't make much sense.
Like:
EXT3-fs error (device dm-0): ext3_get_inode_loc: unable to read inode block - inode=694710, block=2752841
But there shouldn't even be a dm-0. I use software raid, not hardware raid.
I am going to try the vesa driver next. As it might be some radeon
breakage.
