Try to install F11 Alpha DVD, kernel panic on boot, can't install

Hi,

I had the exact same problems with F11 Alpha! I managed to install with
acpi=ht (or if that does not work try acpi=off).
After the install I updated to the latest kernel and ACPI is working
again.
