Another md5 sum not correct

Hallo,
please, Exist any exact order of commands for upgrading f10 -> rawhide.
I tried
yum update yum
yum update rpm
yum update
(lots of installation with variour order of that commands)
and there is lots of dependencies on packages (yum, rpm), so all  
sequences of  commands broke down  system.

Or should I use handy nodeps install of new version of rpm via rpm -Uvh 
--force --nodeps ?
