where is a description of the custom spins?

Just a warning, the developer spin only includes development tools for GNOME
and, to some extent, Java (and a few SCM clients). If you want to develop
using anything else (e.g. Qt/KDE, interpreted languages, functional
languages etc.), you probably won't have much use for it. It also got
dropped from F11 Beta because it "has not been submitted nor reviewed for
Fedora 11".
