I see nothing wrong here, try starting compiz by hand:

export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1
gtk-window-decorator --replace &
compiz  --replace glib gconf

Also how does it fail for you?

Please fill a bug with both files attached (yes both  not a diff)
