I've added a short paragraph to the end about using the EasyFix keyword:

9.) Is it a bug trivial to fix?

If you think that the bug is trivial to fix, please add the "EasyFix" 
keyword. This enables provenpackagers to track for bugs that they may 
easily help to fix and prevents such bugs from starving long time in 
Bugzilla. Examples of what could be considered as EasyFix bugs are e.g. 
missing requires (or similar minor updates to the SPEC files) or bugs 
with a simple patch attached.
