libcurl dependency problem

I double-checked here. I DO have libcurl on both a FC9 and FC10 system.

You might try (carefully) to uninstall all libcurl (you may have to do
it with rpm -e if yum shows it is going to remove too many critical
pieces of software..)  And then let yum reinstall it.
