libcurl dependency problem

It is a consequence of the libcurl package being older on rawhide than on 
a fully updated F10 install. This should fix itself when the beta freeze 
is over, or you can manually install packages from koji at
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=94691
