kernel-PAE-2.6.29.3-140.fc11.i686 Boot Failure

After upgrading to the subject kernel my Thinkpad-T60 failed
during the boot process. Following is a copy of the current
grub.conf that backs off to kernel-PAE-2.6.29.2-126.fc11.i686.
