tigervnc gnome theme problem

OK, I found the same issue when using ubuntu 9.04 as the vnc server.
According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/344060,
it seems not a problem of fedora specific and it's caused by gnome
2.26.
