I don't see how they are waiting on me, I've sent them two log files of
my computer.  If there is more information needed from me, let me know,
I'll be glad to give it.  I want to be apart of the solution and not the
problem.  Thank you for your response to this matter. Is there another
place I need to send the needed information?
