SQLite for Php

As I say in my previous package this extension is deprecated/removed for
a while.

sqlite.so = SQLite V2 = http://fr2.php.net/sqlite (deprecated)

pdo_sqlite = SQLite V3 PDO driver = http://fr2.php.net/pdo_sqlite

sqlite3.so = SQLite V3 = http://fr2.php.net/sqlite3 (php 5.3)
