Changing mirrors in yum

Edit the fedora*.repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d/ and change
fedora-rawhide.repo to "enabled=0" across the board.  Change fedora.repo
and fedora-updates.repo to have "enabled=1" for the first occurance of
"enabled=".
