The location was mentioned on at least one of the Fedora lists. There was
a call for testers to try it and see if some problems were resolved.
It can also help if people who grabbed a copy started seeding it (or any of
the live cds) on the release day once the trackers are set up since that will
speed up bittorrent downloads.

You should get to pick a name when you save it. So if you want rc2 in
the filename, add it when you save it.

The people that typically hear about these should know enough to not get
confused.
