Update to version 0.45. The most important change in this release is that
personal keys are no longer identified by their name, but by their unique hash,
which makes the handling of lost private keys in bigger projects much easier.
This change requires the migration of older databases. The netsync protocol had
to be updated, but compatibility between old clients and servers and vice-versa
is ensured.
