Question about triaging bugs that cause data loss

I don't see anything in the Fedora 13 Alpha/Beta/Final Release Criteria
about data loss bugs, nor do the severity definitions mention them.

By analogy with security bugs, to be on the safe side I set Bug 538372
to Urgent, but since gnome-screensaver is not in critpath.txt, this
doesn't automatically qualify it as a release blocker according to a
literal interpretation of what's currently written.

Do these documents need to be updated to take this particular type of
bug into account?
