[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic is ready for FC3

Salam Sherif,
Attached you will find (patch for anaconda and another for firstboot) 
:-)  small hacks that fix the problem, sorry I wanted to post all my 
patchs together, more patchs in the way ...
