[Fedora-trans-ar] CVS commits

I just thought of posting this so we all follow the same thing.

It is highly recommended that you guys commit whatever you have
on a daily basis to CVS. Do not wait till you finish all the file.

There is no problem to go back change one word and re-commit
if you think something you will need to review.

It is important to keep the system updated and has the latest version
as we are working. So once you are done for a day , just commit
what you finished.
