[Fedora-trans-ar] Can't installing Kabel.. can't mount the floppy?!

Thanks for reply ya Muhammad.. but what are you saying i already did.. rpm
-qi <package name>.. tells you information about the package whether it's
installed or not..  
So what it tells me is that 'package kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm is not installed'
!! 
and when i try installing the pkg again... it tells me it's already
installed.. am really confused :))
