[Fedora-trans-ar] .PO &.txt?.. what makes PO Very Special!!

Haa ya Ghoniem.. Working very quitely walla didn't get my point.. choose the 
simplest case to start with.. btw.. i tried today to read from utf8 file.. 
but failed in reading it although i defined the streams and everythign.. 
anyway..let me know what u did.. okay?!
