[Fedora-trans-ar] Ping Everyone - Status?

Just Quick old and urgent question.. Don't we use UTF-8 as our
encoding ?!  .. i don't see any arabic letters..  i set the charset in
poEditor as utf-8 .. and in kbabel tried to find the encodings at its
confiugration.. didn't find except in spelling and save sections..
although it has nothing to do with it.. but changed what i have to
change to utf8..

Nothing changed mel akher..!!!??? why
