[Fedora-trans-ar] a bug report regarding a missing kde-i18n-Arabic in FC4 is required

Yes, I just noticed that FC4 doesn't have a package kde-i18n-Arabic. Actually, 
there is every language in the world plus one and still Arabic is not there! 
Who is going to file this bug so I can add it our list?
