System: Linux 2.6.10-1mdk i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ GNU/Linux
Qt: 4.0.0-b2-snapshot-20050306

CODE:

    QTextBrowser *w = new QTextBrowser(0);
    w->setSource(QDir::currentPath() + "/index.xml");

The index.xml page looks like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>Qt Arabic Bugs</title>
    </head>
    <body>
        مشاكل لغة الضاد مع مكتبات Qt
    </body>
</html>

I also tried it with an html page with a header like this:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html;charset=utf-8">

PROBLEM:
Arabic is not displayed properly.
