[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #32: The conversion of a localized 'const QString' to 'double' returns 0

Hi,

Qt 4.0.0-b2-snapshot-20050315
2.6.10-1mdk i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ GNU/Linux


With
	QLocale ar(QLocale::Arabic);
	double d = ar.toDouble( "١٢٣" );
I expected d to return the double represented by the localized string. The 
case is d is always 0 which indicates conversion failure. Am doing something 
silly here?
