[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #39: Qt4 cut the text edges for some Arabic fonts

2.6.10-1mdk i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ GNU/Linux

For example: Simple Outline Pat (test with the version at 
www.arabic-fedora.org/munzir/Spoutpat.ttf)

Attached is edgesCut.png (the current behaviour) and edgesNotCut.png (the 
should-be behaviour). The funny thing is when I move any window over the text 
in the Qt widget it renders properly!
