No at all. Let's go step by step then. Do you have kedit or gedit installed?
(They are somewhere in the menus or you open a console/terminal and type
kedit or kwrite or gedit). Or you can open openoffice.org and from any of
these applications you go to file -> open and choose the ar.po file and click
ok. That's it. If this didn't work for you, there is an application called
notepad in Windows you can use it too ;)
