[Fedora-trans-ar] A request for relevant subjects in messages

Salaam,
Please, let's try to make the subjects of the messages more relevant to the 
message content. This would help us/others searching for issues discussed. 
Subjects like 'Now' and 'Hi Eng.Munzir' are written for messages which had 
better had other subjects. You hear me Ali? ;)
