上がりました。「ツール」には gcc、gdb、binutils、glibc、oprofile、
libstdc++、elfutils などのパッケージが含まれます。
このリストはユーザーや開発者がバグレポートを報告する、使用に関する質問や
回答を交換する、パッチやテストの結果を報告するところとして設けられました。

tools specific discussions.

The term "tools" includes packages like gcc, gdb, binutils, glibc,
