Maximum Restarts と Maximum False Starts について、以下のようなことがわ
かりました。思い付くのは「再起動の最大回数」「不正起動の最大回数」なんで
すが、どうでしょう？
後者は不正起動としていいのか、false start のままがよいのか迷います。

Maximum restarts = Maximum number of times a service is restarted on a
node before it is relocated to another node.  Restarts occur because of
a service failure.  For instance, with a service which spawns "httpd",
someone killing "httpd" would cause a service failure -- which would
normally trigger a restart on the same node.

The "restarts" count is reported by clustat.


Maximum False Starts = Maximum number of times a service can "false
start" prior to being relocated to another node.  A "false start" is
when the service starts successfully, but the *first* status check
fails.  This usually indicates a problem with the service.  Ex: a
database crashing a few seconds after starting.
