Notification to maintainers

Hello, Red Hat team!

Is it correct that translation maintainers did not recieved notification 
of changes
made by Red Hat team.

For example, one week ago system-config-securitylevel 
<http://elvis.redhat.com/cgi-bin/i18n-status?page=module&locale=ru&module=system-config-securitylevel&referrer=status&branch=HEAD&essential=0> 
package was updates
by dwalsh (added new strings) but I did not recieved any notification by 
e-mail.
