FAQ is online

Not that it is very important, but... it just surprised me to read
"locale" instead of "language" in the FAQ, like in:
"Q: How can request to have a mailing list set up for my locale?"
Shouldn't it be "language"? I guess that in the Arabic list there are
people from many different countries, all with different locales, no?
