Which files to translate?

Which are console and which are gui based?
cause Bangla text can't be shown in the console.

Btw, currently translating up2date.pot.
Just look at this string from up2date.po :

Is it GUI based ? There are many strings like this and I have a suspicion
that this might be console based.
