libuser -- statting

It means stat(), as you have been told. However, in my opinion, this is
a message that a normal user should not see. I mean, if someone knows
nothing about the stat() function, the error message is completely
gibberish for him/her.

If I could decide, the original string should be changed to something
more descriptive.
