Essential packages?

anaconda/anaconda-online-help/gui, anaconda/anaconda-po, comps-po, firstboot,
rhgb, redhat-config-packages, redhat-artwork, redhat-menus.

This list and the 90 % criteria has been proposed by Sarah a while ago.
