Annoucement: New translation status page is installed

Hello.
Please ignore my previous email. My CVS tree really messed up, and
Cervisia look like don't want to checkout the module properly.
I checkout the module using command line, then asking Cervisia to check
for update. Weird things do happen sometimes :)
