How to localize Firefox?

Its basically the same process as mozilla and slightly "odd" compared to 
po files. See the firefox/mozilla site. There are also tools for turning 
mozilla translations to/from po so tools like poedit are happy.

Right now Welsh firefox is "out of tree". I keep annoying Blizzard about it 
however 8)
