Currently we are doing everything manually. The individuals who are
translating the release-notes should be aware of the process that this
email refers to. However, I'm happy to enlighten others.

We can. That has been the intention all along. I need some
knowledgeable folks to make the connections from the content XML in CVS
to the translation system. We start with the release-notes module, but
ideally anything in cvs.fedora:/cvs/docs could be exposed through
i18n.redhat.com via the translation workbench.
