Some module changes for FC5

This is a heads-up that there's some changes in what needs to be
translated for FC-5 in the realm of anaconda and package tools

The anaconda-help module has been retired.  We no longer show help in
the installer, so the package no longer exists.

system-config-packages has been replaced with pirut.  Unfortunately,
this is likely to continue changing after the string freeze at test2
just because there hasn't quite been time to get everything in order :/
Luckily, it should be a pretty minimal number of strings.

Sorry for the lateness of the notice and the fact that there are still
some changes outstanding, but we're just trying to cram as much as we
possibly can into FC5 :-)
