I just checked
Translation Team is not using
<LANG>_<REGION>.po method
I m going to change name of files to
<LANG>.po

effected locales:
fr_FR.po
ja_JP.po

Updated:
fr_FR.po>fr.po
ja_JP.po>ja.po
