New Translation List Administrator - pt_BR

As some of you might know I am leaving Red Hat Asia-Pacific and also the
Brazilian Portuguese Fedora Translation Project.

Rodrigo Padula, rodrigopadula AT projetofedora.org, is the new moderator
and administrator of the referred list, fedora-trans-pt_BR AT
redhat.com, as of today.
