Can´t cvs, anything wrong with the server, any other one?

Hello,

Trying to get the po files from cvs through:

[besnik at localhost fedora]$ export CVS_rsh=ssh
[besnik at localhost fedora]$ export 
CVSROOT=:ext:@i18n.redhat.com:/usr/local/CVS
[besnik at localhost fedora]$ cvs -z9 co translate

nothing downloads, and the machine tries different rsh implementations 
as follows:

connect to address 66.187.233.241: Connection timed out
Trying krb4 rsh...
connect to address 66.187.233.241: Connection timed out
trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh)
elvis.redhat.com: Connection timed out
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages 
if any)
[besnik at localhost fedora]$

Any suggestion?
