Can´t cvs, anything wrong with the server, any other one?

Hallo, I have always the same problem:
$ cvs -f commit -m '' 'it.po' 2>&1
Testing it.po...
**** Access allowed: tombo is in ACL for pykickstart/po.
RCS file: /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v
done
cvs server: ERROR: cannot write file /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v: 
Permission denied
cvs server: Couldn't open rcs file `/usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v': No 
such file or directory
cvs server: cannot remove /usr/local/CVS/pykickstart/po/it.po,v: No such file 
or directory

Can anyone help me to create the it.po?
