Devel Maintainers - i18n's packages

With my package maintainer hat on - please don't.  I guess most
maintainers get enough mail already, and a mail can be simply deleted,
unlike a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.

Filing a bug for each translation commit would be excessive as well, though.

Ideally, the translation deadlines would return to the release schedule
and maintainers would be notified about them on fedora-maintainers list.
 Perhaps we can make this work again for FC7.
